Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable systems) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to co-develop next-generation capabilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios and market impacts
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
