- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and lead a specialized future technologies task force
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting 3-5 year tech adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
