Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and executive leadership
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services

- Exceptional communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
