- Present technology impact analyses to executive leadership and investor boards

- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
