- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional strategic planning with demonstrated ability to translate vision to execution
