Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast technological disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech consortia
- Monitor patent landscapes and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
- Create innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies preferred
