Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI governance)
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize tech investments and allocate resources
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI of experimental projects
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry partners
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging tech domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
