Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities for InnovateX.
- Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies into our product portfolio.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitive analysis and market research.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology innovators, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Drive innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, machine learning, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive teams.
