Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-suite executives
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
