- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer emerging standards
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development methodologies for experimental technologies
- Drive ethical framework implementation for AI and biotechnology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/climate tech focus)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Executive-level stakeholder management with ability to articulate complex technical concepts

- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
