Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology evolution trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology scouting
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal and economic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in implementing AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns (e.g., AI + IoT + blockchain)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Emerging Technology Assessment preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in remote/hybrid environments
