Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technologies
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with global technology ecosystem analysis and trend forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certifications in emerging technologies or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CISSP) preferred
