Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems including decentralized AI networks and autonomous infrastructure
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 5-7 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in quantum computing or AI system architecture
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology standards
- Track record of launching commercial products from emerging technologies
