Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-use-case scenarios
- Develop thought leadership frameworks and present to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking technology adoption impact and ROI
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to global deployment
