Responsibilities

- Design strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Oversee pilot programs for disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with >$10M impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry conferences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
