Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and develop 5-year strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for technology scouting
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Represent InnovateTech at global tech forums like CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains: neuromorphic computing, generative AI ethics, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning, patent strategy, and venture capital ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- PMP or CTO certification preferred
