- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and adoption rates
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
