- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives integrating future technologies into core products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor teams on future technology adoption and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
