- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry thought leadership
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization with 18-24 month horizons
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing future-tech roadmaps with successful implementations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
