Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company ahead of industry shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype and test emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or blockchain)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
