- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and vendor ecosystem management
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech products for future markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong financial acumen with R&D budget oversight
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc or MBA in Technology/Innovation preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM) a plus
