Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Analyze global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSTM) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and multicultural projects
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
