Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with organizational vision
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks impacting future innovation landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior team members in future-thinking methodologies and technology foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
