Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through internal R&D initiatives and external ecosystem engagement
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/bio-tech)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience building and managing high-impact innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
