Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy with measurable KPIs for 2026 market readiness
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including generative AI, biotech convergence, and climate-positive tech
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI development and deployment
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
