Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology strategies for 2026+ roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and their commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company at the forefront of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles are embedded in all technology strategies
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
