Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, spatial web) and develop 5-year strategic adoption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain into enterprise operations
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards with ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Drive market entry strategies for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or metaverse architecture
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale digital transformations ($50M+ projects)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Academy) or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience securing venture capital for experimental tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
