Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D and product teams to prototype future solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for market entry
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Document intellectual property portfolios and patent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
- Experience scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
