Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualization
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in all technological deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through agile transformation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
