Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and impact assessments for board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
