Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging tech roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technological initiatives with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through patent analysis and market research
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with 6-month horizon planning cycles
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning frameworks
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
