- Lead cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concept projects with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members, securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Forge partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Measure and report on KPIs: market disruption potential, ROI projections, and adoption forecasts
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
