Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and risk factors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Executive presence with excellent presentation and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
