- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Mentor emerging tech talent through Horizon Labs' incubation programs
- Develop patent-pending solutions in biotech-technology convergence spaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Certification in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Experience leading $10M+ technology transformation projects
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain 3.0, and decentralized architectures
- Portfolio of scalable systems processing 10M+ daily transactions
