Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation systems integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technology solutions with 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical vision with business objectives
- Develop patent-pending innovations in human-machine interaction and autonomous systems
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and board of directors

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Neural Engineering
- 10+ years experience in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, blockchain consensus, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ technology initiatives
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
