Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Year 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining long-term architectural strategies.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) for integration into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for cloud migration and cybersecurity resilience.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong expertise in AI/ML integration and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or similar strategic planning certification is a plus.
