Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Quantum readiness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast market shifts and advise on digital transformation strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of supporting our growth trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with cutting-edge tech innovators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic director or C-level capacity.
- Deep understanding of 2026 and future-forward technological trends, including generative AI and edge computing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business plans.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating a vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
