Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain into scalable ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on disruptive tech adoption risks/opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Maintain foresight through industry consortium participation and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, Gartner) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or transformation projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making frameworks
