Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and global digital transformation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions in IoT, blockchain, and synthetic biology
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators to secure IP pipelines
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members with clear ROI projections
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or venture capital partnerships
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
