Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain first-mover advantage
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
