- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D pipeline prioritization and innovation lab initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP)
- Experience scaling global technology initiatives across 3+ continents
