Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate future tech into current development pipelines
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption cycles (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product development frameworks
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in technology foresight or futures studies (e.g., CFAI)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
