Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with 18-month vision cycles
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with vendor/partner ecosystem oversight
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive board and investor committees
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling enterprise AI/quantum initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in emerging technologies or innovation management
- Experience with SDLC for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital)
- Certified in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CISSP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech implementations
