Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable innovation initiatives
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with global research institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
