- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology impact and ROI on future investments
- Manage relationships with venture partners and academic research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with ability to evaluate tech investments
