Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Architect scalable infrastructure for AI-driven decision systems and decentralized networks
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology ROI and market positioning
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech integration and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor emerging tech talent in our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech fields: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on disruptive tech applications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ timezones
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology scenario planning
