Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors with data-driven insights
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies in controlled environments
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
