Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Anticipate global tech trends through predictive analytics and competitive intelligence
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU quantum research initiatives
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI algorithms and quantum encryption methods
- Manage technology incubation programs for emerging startups in our ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and generative AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive and technical audiences
