Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing emerging AI, blockchain, and biotech integrations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive solutions through agile methodologies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and collaborative design thinking sessions
- Ensure ethical implementation of technologies through responsible AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP)
- Prior experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
