Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI-human interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies and patent landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience scaling R&D teams across global operations
